KANHI trabahante sa Department of Public Services (DPS) sa dakbayan sa Sugbo nga nagpadagan og drug den sa Brgy. Carreta, Dakbayan sa Sugbo, gironda sa mga sakop sa Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 alas 7:30 Sabado sa gabii, Hulyo 3, 2021.

Lakip sa nadakpan ang laing upat ka mga tawo nga naatlan sa balay sa suspek nga gihimo niyang suyopanan.

Ang nadakpan giilang mao si Richard Cañete, 48, taga sitio Ponce 1, Barangay Carreta, drug maintainer, iyang live in partner nga si Marites Banquicio, 38; Alex Pardillo Jr. 39, usa ka electrician;Juanito Basiliote, 69; ug Emmanuel Maloloy-on, 29, construction worker.

Nasakmit sa mga operatiba sa PDEA 7 ang 16 ka pakete sa gituohang shabu nga motimbang og 17 gramos nga adunay Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value nga P115,600, buy bust money nga P210 ug mga drug paraphernalia.

Ang mga dinakpan gikatakdang pasakaan og kasong may kalapasan sa Sections 5,6,7,11,13 ug 15 Article 2 sa Republic Act 9165 kun Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (AYB)
