GIPAHIGAYON ang Third Russian Film Festival 2018 nga nagpakita sa koleksiyon sa mga pelikula sa School of Architecture, Fine Arts & Design (SAFAD) Theatre sa University of San Carlos - Talamban campus niadtong Disyembre 5.

Ang film festival mapasigarbuhon nga gipresentar sa Embassy of the Russian Federation ug sa USC sa paglambo sa traditional Russian culture alang sa mga lokal nga tumatan-aw ug makakat-on gikan sa mga pagtulun-an sa pelikula.

“The aim of this film festival is to promote culture.
