NAKADAWAT sa pasiunang “biyaya” ang mga beneficiaries sa programang “Biyaya ng Pagbabago Tungo sa Masagana at Matiwasay na Buhay Pilipino” atol sa opisyal nga paglunsar sa maong programa dinhi sa sugbo nga gipahigayon sa Cebu Technological University dili pa lang dugay.

Ang Biyaya ng Pagbabago Tungo sa Masagana at Matiwasay na Buhay Pilipino usa ka programa nga naglayon sa pagpadoul sa mga pilipino sa nakadaiyang programa sa national government nga adunay kawsa sa pagpakunhod sa hilabihang kakabos sa katawhan.
