Ang biktima mao si Cyrus Guerta, kinsa niadtong Dominggo pa nawala.

Nasayran nga naligo og dagat ang biktima uban sa iyang mga silingan dihang aksidente kining nalumos ug gidala sa dagko nga mga balud sa lawom.

Giingon nga wala na suma pa nabadlong ang biktima nga dili magpaduol sa dagko nga balud sanglit nalingaw sila sa pagpangaligo.
