ANG New City Commercial Corporation (NCCC), usa ka local pioneering retail player sa Davao, nagpahibalo nga napalit na niini ang Victoria Plaza Mall, labing una nga mall sa Davao Region.

Ang liderato sa NCCC pinaagi sa chairman nga si Helen Lim, ug malls president Sharlene Faye Lim, miselyo sa kasabutan sa usa ka signing ceremony, Marso 12, sa PNB Financial Center sa Manila.

“This is a historic and strategic acquisition for NCCC. As a local, we are very confident in the city’s participation in our country’s growing economy,” suma ni Helen.

“It is a privilege for a homegrown company like ours to have the opportunity to develop this property that is very much a part of Davao’s culture. We will strive to preserve this history while rewriting it to respond to the future,” dugang sab ni Sharlene Faye.
