POLICE arrested on Friday, July 31, 2020, two persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) who escaped from Calbayog City Jail, Samar last July 27.

The escapees are identified as Nilo Ligason, 36, married, and a resident of Barangay Himalandrog, Calbayog; and Raul Doroja, 43, married, and a resident of Barangay Tarabucan, Calbayog.

Personnel from Calbayog City Police Station and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology arrested the two PDLs around 11: 55 a.m. Friday at the mountainous area of Barangay Cacaransan, Calbayog.
