2 most wanted persons nabbed in Eastern Samar

POLICE arrested two most wanted persons in separate operations in Eastern Samar Monday, June 8.

The accused were identified as Lodito Lumagbas, 43, the number 7 most wanted person in Taft, and Enrico Camaligar, 28, the number 10 most wanted person in Arteche.

Lumagbas was arrested by personnel of Salcedo Municipal Police Station led Captain Neil Fernando Cerdena and Eastern Samar Provincial Police Office-Provincial Intelligence Unit (ESPPO-PIU) led by Major Herbert Joey Grata for statutory rape.

His warrant of arrest dated January 29, 2014 was issued by Judge Nathaniel Baldono, of Regional Trial Court (RTC)-Branch 2 in Borongan City, Eastern Samar, with no bail recommended.

Meanwhile, Camaligar was arrested by personnel of Llorente Municipal Police Station led by Lieutenant Aladin Dela Rosa for violation of Republic Act (RA) 7610, otherwise known as "Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act."

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
