Decomposing body found in Southern Leyte town

AN UNIDENTIFIED cadaver was found in Barangay Tabugon, Liloan, Southern Leyte Sunday, October 30, 2022.

The body was already in a decomposing stage when it was found by two residents along the mountainous area of Sitio Tagbak of the said barangay around 11:40 a.m. Sunday.

Personnel of Liloan Municipal Police Station said the cadaver was hanging on the tree with a rope tied to its neck.

Authorities are investigating the incident. (SunStar Philippines)
