16 city gov’t employees mark 1st work anniversary

SIXTEEN personnel received Employee Milestone Cards (EMC) on Monday, December 5, 2022, as they marked their first work anniversary in the City Government of Zamboanga from September to November, this year.

The EMC was initiated as a Human Resource innovation for Rewards and Recognition Program and was officially launched March 2016.

It goes with a congratulatory message with the intention of reminding City employees of the gift of employment which may serve as an inspiration to continue to give their best to public service.

Mayor John Dalipe presented the EMC to the 16 recipient-employees during the flag raising ceremony Monday, December 5, in front of City Hall.

The awardees were Ramil Bucoy, Mark Leo Rubrico, Cheryl Ganob, Al-Bashir Ropeta, Jayfaida Abdula, Mark Robin Araneta, Paul Vincent Lucero, Djemnah Tan, Ivett Christine Tablante, Adonis Atilano, Fauzia Abdusalam, Paolo Bello, Rendyll Mae Namoc, Raymond Delator, John Elijah Lagonera. and Carl Deala.

The recipients of the EMC are entitled to avail of a free medical and dental check-up at the City Health Office. (SunStar Zamboanga)

THREAT. According to a Capitol consultant, the Cebu City Government is threatening to shut down the Cebu North Bus Terminal at the back of SM City Cebu (left) and the Cebu South Bus Terminal along N. Bacalso Ave. for operating without a business permit.
