TWO people were wounded in a gun attack by unidentified men on a motorcycle before dawn Thursday, January 17, in the province of Zamboanga del Sur.

Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, said the incident occurred around 1:45 a.m. Thursday on Aquino Street in the village of Santa Lucia, Pagadian City.

Galvez identified the victims as Rowel Manriquez, 34, a courier firm staff; and, Ronald Enriquez, 32, project officer of Katipunan Bank.

They were allegedly shot at when they went home from a karaoke bar.

Galvez said the victims engaged in a heated altercation with the lady entertainers of the KTV bar when Manriquez allegedly took a video without permission. The altercation was, however, amicably settled.

The victims were hospitalized and were already in stable condition.
