2 most wanted persons nabbed in Zamboanga del Norte

AUTHORITIES arrested two most wanted persons in separate manhunt operations in Zamboanga del Norte, the police reported Monday, November 12.

Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified those arrested as Elino Tagat, 43, and Clyde Dagpin, 30.

Tagat was nabbed around 6 a.m. Monday, November 12, in the village of Tamarok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte. He has been listed as the number nine most wanted person in Jose Dalman and has a standing warrant of arrest for several crimes.

Dagpin, on the other hand, was arrested around 7:20 a.m. Saturday, November 10, in the village of Burgos, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte. He is considered the number 10 most wanted person in Initao, Misamis Oriental.

Galvez said Dagpin also has a standing warrant of arrest for acts of lasciviousness. (SunStar Philippines)
