Among the recipient villages in Barira town are the villages of Bualan, Lipa, Liong and Panggao. In Parang town, the recipients of the projects are Nituan, Magsaysay, mainland Orandan, BM Biruar and Litayen in Bongo Island.

The project, worth P3.5 million each, is funded under the Office of Chief Minister (OCM) and implemented by MILG to Support Local Moral Governance (SLMG).
