JOINT police forces have arrested the Top 5 most wanted person of Zamboanga Sibugay in Sultan Kudarat province, the police said Saturday, August 4, 2018.

Chief Superintendent Edwin De Ocampo, deputy regional director for administration, identified the arrested fugitive as Roneto Basco, 45, a resident of Lubing village, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.

The regional director said Basco was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Friday in a manhunt operation at Sitio Ugong-Ugong in Bululawan village, Lebak, Sultan Kudarat.

He said the suspect has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of murder with no bail bond recommended issued by the court in Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
