Fish trader falls in anti-drug sting

POLICE operatives have arrested a fish trader and seized P138,000 worth of shabu in an anti-drug operation in Zamboanga City, an official said Thursday, December 31, 2020.

Police Captain Edwin Duco, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, identified the arrested suspect as Aldaquer Abdulla Addalino, 35.

Duco said Addalino was nabbed in a buy-bust operation around 9 p.m. Wednesday in San Jose, Cawa-Cawa village, Zamboanga City.

Duco said Addalino yielded some P138,000 worth of shabu, a cigarette pack and P500 marked money consisting of five P100 bills.

He said appropriate charges will be filed against the suspect who was detained at the Zamboanga City Police Office's Station 7. (SunStar Zamboanga)
