A NEWLY identified drug personality was arrested in an anti-drug operation in Zamboanga City, the local police reported Monday, October 19, 2020.

Police Major Chester Natividad, Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) Station 4 chief, identified the arrested suspect as Julmabud Balahim Alihuddin, 36.

Natividad said Alihuddin was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 2:50 p.m. Sunday in Campo Islam village, Zamboanga City.

Recovered from the possession of Alihuddin were some P10,000 worth of suspected shabu packed in 10 heat-sealed plastic sachets, P200 marked money and a coin purse.

He said the suspect was placed under the temporary custody of ZCPO’s Station 4 while formal charges are set to be filed against him. (SunStar Zamboanga)
