Police arrest militiaman in Zambo Sibugay

LAWMEN have arrested a militiaman listed as one of the most wanted persons in Zamboanga Sibugay, the police said on Friday, August 10.

Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula, said Sahak Mamaruba Pindo, 44, was arrested in a manhunt operation around 9 a.m. Thursday at Purok Bagong Silang in Poblacion village, Malangas.

Galvez said Pindo is listed as the Top 9 Most Wanted Person in the town of Malangas.

She said Pindo has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of arson with P200,000 recommended bail issued by the court in San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur. (SunStar Philippines)
