AN OFFICIAL that the 2,183 officials and employees of the Zamboanga City Government will receive P25,000 each Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive.

City budget officer Geraldine Dela Paz said the city government has P51.9 million funding for CNA incentive that will be released after December 16, this year.

Dela Paz said that regular employees, department heads, city councilors, casuals, and contractual employees are among those who are entitled to receive CNA incentive.

However, she said those personnel were appointed from July to September, and who retired from service before September 30, this year, shall be entitled to a pro-rated CNA incentive.

The CNA is granted to the employees based on the savings of the local government unit, which comes from the following: traveling expenses, communication expenses, repairs and maintenance, transportation and delivery expenses, supplies and materials, and utility expenses. (SunStar Zamboanga)
