Zamboanga City finalizes online reporting system

Sunnexdesk

THE Zamboanga City Government recently finalized its online reporting system to ensure the implementation of the Zamboanga City Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) 2020-2022.

Acting Mayor Rommel Agan said that representatives from the offices under the

economic and enterprise cluster such as the offices of the city administrator, agriculturist, budget, disaster and risk reduction management, engineering, general services, tourism promotions development, veterinarian, computer services,

investment promotion, and protected area management participated in the workshop held January 8.

Agan said the United States Agency for International Development’s Strengthening Urban Resilience for Growth with Equity (USAID-Surge) project provided technical assistance to the city government by improving its monitoring and evaluation systems by developing project monitoring templates and a dashboard.

He said this will enable the offices and departments to have standard assessment tools for evaluation and logical framework methods for monitoring.

Key personnel will be able to have more substantive analysis through indicators,

means of verification/data source, status, and accomplishments. (SunStar Zamboanga)
