Zamboanga del Norte town number 2 most wanted nabbed

POLICE operatives have arrested in an intelligence-driven law enforcement operation one of the most wanted persons in the town of Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte, the police reported Tuesday, April 6.

Police Colonel Ronald Briones, Zamboanga del Norte police director, identified the arrested suspect as Richard Malayo Aguhob, 25, a resident of Purok 2 in Princesa Freshia village, Sergio Osmeña.

Briones said Aguhob was arrested in a law enforcement operation by way of service of warrant of arrest around 11 a.m. Tuesday in Purok 3 in Tangub village, Sergio Osmeña town.

Briones said Aguhob is the number 2 most wanted person in Sergio Osmeña and has a standing warrant of arrested for the crime of murder with no recommended bail issued on November 24, 2020 by the court of Dipolog City.

He said Aguhob was temporarily detained at the Sergio Osmeña Municipal Police Station for proper disposition. (SunStar Zamboanga)
