An official from the Davao City Health Office (CHO) clarified that "There are no vaccine-related deaths documented in Davao City.”
CHO Acting Head Dr. Ashley Lopez, in an issued statement provided by the Davao City Information Office on Friday, June 11, made the clarification following his statement on Thursday, June 10, that CHO is probing the death of two individuals who reportedly died after being vaccinated.
