#SHORTS: City willing to buy 300 body cameras; P6-M Sumifru plant burned by suspected rebels; TRO issued vs Oro mayor's 11 dismissal orders

BODY CAMS. Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña said the City Government is willing to spend for the purchase of body cameras, which will be used by police officers during their anti-illegal drug operations.

BURNED. Sumifru's P6-million packing plant was torched by suspected members of the New People's Army (NPA) last Monday, October 2, in Barangay Laconon, T'boli, South Cotabato.

RESTRAINING ORDER. Another temporary restraining order (TRO) was issued by the Court of Appeals, to prevent the implementation of a new batch of 11 dismissal orders issued by the Office of the Ombudsman last week for Mayor Oscar Moreno.
