BACOLOD City Mayor Evelio Leonardia addressed the League of Executive Assistants of the Philippines (Leap) on the first day of their two-day seminar at Seda Capitol Central hotel in the city on September 20.

In his message, Leonardia also presented the Bacolod Developments which outlined the projects and priorities under his administration, as well as the awards and citations the city has received from national and international organizations.

There were 42 officers and members of Leap who attended the seminar on its first day. Leap is headed by Ma. Teresa Francisco.

Leap is an organization of administrative professionals who meet on a regular basis in an atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and openness to share each other’s career, business, family and personal experiences, their website reads.

It provides an ongoing opportunity to share and discuss with a group of peers issues that arise from being an administrative professional, it added.

The activities of Leap serve as a platform for continuous learning to achieve both personal and professional growth, it reads.

Meanwhile, the city government sponsored the tour in Bacolod yesterday. (PR)
