Tractorco aims to expand mechanization of agriculture

TRACTORCO Company Inc. aims to expand the mechanization of agriculture in the province of Negros Occidental and the country.

British engineer David Lockhart, president of Tractorco Company Inc., opened his company in Barangay Zone 16 in Talisay City, Negros Occidental in 2006 with a mission "to be the forefront of mechanization in the Philippines.”

They will hold an "Agrimechanica" on December 12 at their business center in Talisay wherein they will showcase the available machinery and tractors that can help those engaging in the agriculture business increase their efficiency and productivity with less cost.

He said that the more than two decades they have been operating in the province, they already reached a large market and in fact, their company was named as the "Tractor of the Year" in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Tractorco sells brand new and reconditioned tractors. They also sell spare parts and do servicing.

Moreover, during the Agrimechanica, they have invited stakeholders to attend the event as they will have product launches, technical seminars and field demonstrations.
