THE biggest children’s party in Bacolod is happening today.

Some 1,000 school children from different daycare centers in the city will gather for the party set 3 p.m. at the Bacolod Government Center grounds, event action officer Councilor Cindy Rojas said.

The partygoers will be treated to fun games and gifts. Ronald McDonald, Grimace, Hamburglar, and Birdie from McDonald’s will entertain the children, Rojas said.

Ice cream will be provided by Creamline, a new ice cream brand, cupcakes from Merczi and gifts from Smart.

Also, a party feature is a giant 80th anniversary cake.

Rojas said the party will be participated by the children as they are considered the hope of the future.

The party will be held on Wednesday to mark 10.10.10: the 10th year of the BGC on the 10th day of the 10th month. (PR)
