Search is on for Kadalag-an Queen 2020

VICTORIAS City will soon have its new queen with the staging of the search for Miss Kadalag-an Queen set on December 20. It will be done virtually.

The City of Victorias, led by Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca and his fellow officials, and in collaboration with the Victorias Milling Company proceeds with the staging of the pageant, which is a yearly event in the sweet city in Negros Occidental.

The Creative Concept & Production led by its Director Rodney Ascalon of the Team ACIDS, photography by Elbert Pasoy, EP Studio Wardrobe & Styling and Chino Christopherson of the House of Chrome, will make the virtual production possible.

Ma. Cristel Antibo, Kadalag-an Queen 2019, will also be showcasing her journey as last year's Queen.

As a true queen is marked with excellence and rules with a fierce soul, 11 lovely candidates will be vying for the crown this year.

Under the new normal, those vying for the crown will compete with the observance of the health protocols.

The candidates are Micaella Sigua, sponsored by the Victorias City Water District, Leanne Franciliso, (Sugareth Catering Services), Joanna Mae Alito, (Sunshine Sapphire Construction Supply), Elyzel Recomono,(Mcjade and Chefs and Bakers), Chris Ann Majarucon, (Wilkinson Construction Supply), Bea Christy Amodia, (Newbridge Electrical Enterprises), Alizsa Rina Castillo,(Northern Negros Electric Cooperative), Gellyn Canabal, (JF Biasca Construction and Supply), Noveh Mae Ocag, (SK Federation - Victorias City, Lyra Marie Rabanal, (UND Travellers Ticketing Express and Cristina Casanova, (Liga ng mga Barangay, Victorias City Chapter).

The Virtual Pre-Pageant Night will be held on December 18, 2020, at 6 p.m. and will be aired live on Victorias Malihaw Facebook page.

The Virtual Coronation Night will then follow on December 20, at 6 p.m. live on their Facebook page Victorias Malihaw.
