A TRICYCLE driver died while five others were injured in a collision at Barangay Poblacion in Toboso, Negros Occidental Monday.

Police identified the fatality as Roldan Jake Benignos.

Wounded were Roger Altamera, Reno Caromayan, and three others.

Police records showed that the tricycle driven by Benignos was on its way to Barangay Poblacion when a motorcycle driven by Altamera, with two others, collided with the vehicle.

Benigno was with Caromayan when the collision happened.

Altamera’s motorcycle has no headlights and all three of them were believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor when the accident happened.
