4 Bacolod cops lauded

THE Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) commended two commissioned officers and two non-commissioned officers for their accomplishments on the city’s anti-criminality campaign.

Senior Superintendent Francisco Ebreo, officer-in-charge of BCPO, led the giving of certificates to Senior Inspector Wilfredo Benoman Jr., head of Police Station 6; Senior Inspector John Adrian Real, head of Police Station 4; Senior Police Officer 4 Rommel Bacule of Police Station 4; and Senior Police Officer 2 Adan Labrador of Police Station 5, during the flag raising and awarding rites at the BCPO headquarters Monday.

The BCPO recognized the efforts of Police Station 6 for the successful conduct of manhunt operation on May 29 at Barangay Taculing that resulted to the arrest of a wanted person for theft.

Real together with Bacule were commended for the successful conduct of manhunt operation on June 11 against a wanted person for illegal possession of dangerous drugs at Barangay 27.

Labrador was also commended for the apprehension of three persons who yielded two sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride), and drug paraphernalia during a police checkpoint on June 12 at Barangay Granada. (Debbie Benedicto/STI West Negros University intern)
