A BUSINESSMAN who has been identified as a provincial target list drug personality and ranked top 10 by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), was arrested in a buy-bust operation on Granada Street., Barangay 3, Kabankalan City on Tuesday, September 29.

The suspect was identified as Greg Tabucon, a resident of the said barangay.

Around twelve grams of shabu were seized during the buy-bust operation along with the buy-bust money and one cellphone unit, PDEA said.

Cases for violation of Republic Act 9165 or known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are now being prepared for filing in court against the suspect, the report said.
