A HIGH-VALUE drug personality was arrested in a buy-bust operation by members of PDEA Negros Occidental Provincial Office, together with the San Carlos City Police, in Barangay 6, San Carlos City on November 30.

The suspect, identified as Joselito Lumbrino, was identified by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA0 as a high-value target-listed personality.

Recovered from his possession was more or less 10 grams of shabu, buy-bust money and improvised tooters.

Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was filed in court against the suspect.
