Human bones found in Sipalay cave

HUMAN bones were found inside the Cabaliwan Cave in Barangay Cayhagan, Sipalay City.

Based on the report of the Sipalay PNP, the human bones were turned over to the police station by Jiff Jacosalem, barangay kagawad Francisco Yanong and Feleciano Pinongan, all residents of Sipalay City on May 31.

Based on initial police investigation Jacosalem was looking for valuable things inside the cave when he discovered the said human bones at the cave. The alleged human bones was at the custody of Sipalay CPS for proper disposition.

Meanwhile, a 17-year-old male resident of Barangay Ma-ao, Bago City was found dead on May 31, 2019.

Based on police investigation, Nieri Jamora discovered the body of his younger brother who was believed to have been attacked by an epilepsy. He was believed to be trapped in the window of their house when he attempted to get out.

The victim was found to have injuries on his neck believed to be caused by the window grills when he struggled to get out.

The victim will be subjected to post mortem examination, the police report stated.
