GOVERNOR Eugenio Jose Lacson wishes good health for Olivia V. Yanson, matriarch of the Yanson family including the governor’s life partner Emily.

Lacson said that he was not invited in the 86th birthday celebration of OVY last night.

“I didn’t have separate meeting with the President,” Lacson also said.

Duterte was OVY’s special guest last night including some senators and cabinet officials.

“Wawa happy Birthday. I wish you will continue to help the Negrenses through the OVY foundation,” Lacson said.
