A MARIAN devotee Dorothy "Doty" Paler Banlasan shared to SunStar Bacolod her stories about her faith to the Blessed Mother (Our Lady of Fatima) who shed tears of blood at the confines of a home owned by a Bacolodnon.

She said there were three images that shed tears - Our Lady of Fatima, the Our Lady of Guadalupe, who was also placed in the same small chapel, and the image of Sto. Nino.

But the image of the Our Lady of Fatima was left in the small chapel because the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was also brought home by the owner Nelly Sarabia.

The other image also has a different owner.

But the three manifested miracles by way of shedding tears that signaled a calamity or problems in the community and the spirituality of the people.

She provided video clips to SunStar which was posted on its Facebook page. But she appealed to everyone to show veneration when they watch the video.

The miraculous shedding of tears, which they recorded, happened in 2013. But the image Our Lady of Fatima still shedding tears and the recent one was on July 7.

Their group comes there very often to pray the Rosary.

Banlasan said that before her faith was so little. But her life experience has taught her to rely on God.

She said that she was diagnosed before with a disease that needs to be operated on.

But through the course of facing that health concern with prayers and doing good deeds, that illness vanished, she said.

She said God appeared in her dreams and showed signs that these things and situations will happen.

God has used some of the faceless strangers to come to her and he did not have second thoughts to extend whatever help she could with kindness.
