THE Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (NOCPPO) has tracked down four of the seven individuals classified as authorized persons outside residence (APORs) who refused to be subjected to swab testing at the Bacolod-Silay Airport on Tuesday, September 15, 2020, Provincial Administrator lawyer Rayfrando Diaz said.

Diaz said the NOCPPO submitted a report to his office stating that they tracked down the four Apors from the DC Aquino Land Surveying Services.

Based on the report, the four claimed they refused to be swabbed at the Bacolod-Silay Airport believing they are exempted.

Diaz said the four have already been subjected to swab tests and are under hotel quarantine.

The contact tracing team is now tracking the three Apors of the Pax Cable Inc. so that they can comply with the health protocols of the province.

Diaz earlier threatened to arrest the Apors for refusing to comply with the swab test protocol of the provincial government.

The seven presented a letter from a Bacolod councilor allowing them entry.

"It seems that these Apors are being allowed to enter Bacolod to go straight to work," Diaz said.
