P204K in ‘shabu’ seized from 2 men

TWO men yielded 17 grams of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) amounting to P204, 000 in a drug bust at New Boulevard in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental Sunday, October 7.

Police identified the suspects as Russel Gonzales, 25, of Barangay 5; and John Rey Garnica, 25, of Barangay 6.

Both are drug personalities in the city.

Gonzales was allegedly engaged in the said transaction.

Police recovered from Gonzales four sachets of suspected shabu, plastic sachets, wallet, and P800 in cash, including marked money.

Garnica yielded a sachet of suspected shabu, plastic sachets, and a wallet.

Both are detained at San Carlos City Police Station for the filing of drug charges. (GYM)
