P380T in ‘shabu’ seized

A TOTAL of P380,000 worth of suspected shabu were seized in separate anti-illegal drug operations in Bacolod City Saturday, February 23.

Some personnel of Police Station 2 raided the house of Wilmar Fuentebella in Barangay 3 which resulted to the recovery of 25 sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 25 grams worth P300,000, bag, coin purse, weighing scale, P8,000, and an improvised tooter.

Fuentebella was not around during the operation while Ledenia Malde was arrested.

Malde is detained at Police Station 2.

Also arrested was Mark Alegayda, 37, in Barangay Banago after he allegedly yielded four sachets of suspected shabu worth P150,000. He is detained at Police Station 3.

Police Station 1 led by Chief Inspector Jovil Sedel also conducted a drug bust in Barangay 12 which resulted to the apprehension of Michael Franco, 32, of Barangay Handumanan. He is under the drugs watchlist of Police Station 1.

Police seized from him 19 sachets of suspected shabu worth P30,000, the P300 marked money, coin purse, improvised tooter, and lighter.

He is detained at the said police station. (GYM)
