Pedicab driver found floating in Singcang-Airport shoreline

A PEDICAB driver was found dead along the shoreline of Barangay Singcang-Airport, Bacolod City Thursday morning, September 24, 2020.

Police identified the fatality as Avelino Alisbo, 53, of Villa Servando, Barangay Singcang-Airport.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Ariel Pico, spokesperson of Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), said the victim was found floating by a fisherman around 6 a.m.

Investigation showed the victim was last seen with his friend having a drinking session. Since then, he has not returned home.

The victim's body was found with no superficial wound.

Police Station 8 is still conducting further investigation to determine if there's a foul play on the incident.
