THE Police Station 1 already has a person of interest in the killing of a barker at Galo-Street, Barangay 12, Bacolod City on Wednesday.

Police Major Jovil Sedel, chief of Police Station 1, said Friday, June 14, they already secured a copy of closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera footage in the area, but it is not clear.

He said they will check another copy of CCTV footage near the area so they can determine the identity of the perpetrator in the killing of Norman Inorperio, 40, of Purok Tapulangan, Barangay 9.

On Wednesday evening, the victim was walking along Galo Street when unidentified motorcycle-riding suspects fired at him. The victim sustained serious injuries and died on the spot.

Sedel said that before the incident, the victim had a heated argument to the man, who’s now their person of interest.

He said they are still gathering evidences to identity the suspect and his companion who will be charged for murder. (MAP)
