THE present crisis and community quarantine period we find ourselves in have certainly given me extra time to contemplate all the more on the malevolence of human existence.

It is such a sad state to know that we will face a tremendous decline in all aspects of human productivity and industry that alters many promising forecasted trends. The current issues would definitely add to the hampering and worsening of the economic state of the general public, particularly the minimum wagers and lower class in more difficult conditions that struggle to make ends meet for their families.

A pandemic of this magnitude would have a significant impact as this is something unheard of in our history and unprecedented in our lifetime.

But perhaps there are particular wonders and graces that bear fruit in these moments of crisis that open our eyes to essential matters we have failed to see and had taken for granted.

This puts us to the test to learn, to rise, to fight, to hope, to realize, to value, to endure and to love. Times are truly uncertain but the natural fervor, fortitude of humanity is strong and no doubt we can bounce back from this stronger than ever before.
