Dangerous Drugs Board to conduct webinar on June 4

THE Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) will be conducting a webinar entitled "Fact Talk Series: Sports as Part of Self Discipline in Rejecting Drug Dependence" on Thurday, June 4, 2020, from 4 to 5 p.m.

In a memorandum issued on Tuesday, June 2, it has encouraged all sports officers, coaches, officials and their respective athletes to participate in the webinar will focus on the importance of sports in DDB’s campaign against illegal drugs.

The memorandum was signed by Rizalino Jose Rosales, Director IV of the Bureau of Learner Support Services and Cesar Abalon, Chief Education Program Specialist School Sports Division.

Chris Tiu, a sports enthusiast, TV host, former professional basketball player and national team member, is one of the speakers of the webinar.

For those interested, register through tinyurl.com/facttalksseries. This will be a first-come, first-served basis.

Those who will not be accommodated in the registration may still watch the webinar through Facebook Live.
