Salonpas artist’s exhibit opens

Maria Elena Catajan

THE works of Roland Bay-an, Fredi Agunoy, Salvador Cabrera, Mario Calub, Camilo Santiago, and Carlos Oseo are featured at Fred’s Gallery this month.

The six artists came together to stage the exhibit “Emerging Figures” which runs for a month at the local gallery at Greenwater village.

The 64-year-old Bay-an is a noted and respected artist and is known for his soulful interpretations of Ibaloy women while Agunoy, an architect by profession but an artist by calling does sculpture and paintings.

Cabrera, nephew to national artist BenCab has also established his name in the art field while Santiago comes to the city to be with artist friends. Calub, is a professor at the Saint Louis University School of Architecture.

The show will become a travelling exhibit in local galleries in the city. Congratulations to the Salonpas artists!
