Fire Officer 1 Brixine Acangan receives a Certificate of Recognition for having demonstrated exemplary performance and devotion in carrying her duties and responsibilities as a firefighter during the search, rescue and retrieval operations following the onslaught of Typhoon Ompong last year. Acangan is the handler of SRR K9 named Bullet. She and her K9 are also helping out in the ongoing search and rescue operations for the two missing teens in Wangal, La Trinidad.
