According to Retuya, of the 66 Covid-positive employees, 12 are active cases, while 54 have already recovered from the virus after their repeat swab tests yielded negative results.

"That is around 82 percent nga naka-recover na sa atoang mga LGU (local government unit) mployees ug nakabalik na sa tagsa-tagsa nila ka trabahoan," Retuya said.

"Among the recovered, upat ra ang atong na certified nga recovered, kasagaran sa ilaha, 50 kabuok, ang niuli or na-discharge nga ang ilahang certificate for the RT-PCR (reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction) is already negative," he added.

Acting City Health Officer Dr. Lorraine Nery reminded the public to follow the Department of Health's Bida Solusyon: Bawal walang mask o face shield, I-sanitize and kamay palagi, Dumistansya, at Alamiin ang totoong impormasyon.

"Amo gyud nang gina over-emphasize kay ato naman nasayod nga wala na may laing intervention gyud nga pinaka-effective but our individual committment sa pagpahigayon aning mga interventions," Nery said.
