AN INMATE in Lanao del Norte Provincial Jail in the municipality of Tubod has escaped from prison on Wednesday, November 13. The escapee identified as Abdul Razaqq Mutto is facing murder and attempted murder charges. Investigation showed that Mutto ran away from the provincial jail service vehicle parked in a fast food in Bacolod, Lanao del Norte. He escaped by riding a motorcycle also parked at the nearby gas station and fled to the mountainous area. Police and military is currently conducting hot pursuit operation to locate the escapee.
