No new Covid-19 cases in Cagayan de Oro

The City Health Office of Cagayan de Oro on Saturday, December 4, 2021, reported that no new coronavirus disease (Covid-19) cases were recorded in the city.

Likewise, there were no new Covid-related deaths logged in the city, City Health Office medical officer Dr. Ted Yu said.

The cumulative number of Covid infections in Cagayan de Oro remained at 20,421 and deaths were still at 850.

Cagayan de Oro also recorded a drop in the number of active cases, which is at 141. Of the figure, 27 were admitted to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center and other hospitals in the city, and 114 were outpatients.

The number of coronavirus-positive persons who were now tagged as "recovered" increased after the city registered seven new recoveries. This brought the total number of recoveries in Cagayan de Oro to 19,430.
