Over 500,000 individuals vaccinated in Cagayan de Oro

THE cumulative number of individuals who have received their doses of Covid-19 vaccine in Cagayan de Oro as of October 24 was 505,017, according to the City Health Insurance Office’s report.

Of the 505,017 vaccinated Kagay-anons, 295,108 got their first dose of the vaccines, while 209,909 were fully vaccinated.

According to the report, among the 505,017 vaccinees, 396,970 were vaccinated in city-run vaccination sites and 108,047 were vaccinated in Cagayan de Oro hospitals.

Of the 396,970 individuals vaccinated in City-run vaccination sites, 30,747 were frontline healthcare workers, 57,119 were senior citizens, 90,446 were persons with comorbidities, 189,553 were essential frontline workers, 21,800 were from the A5 priority group and 7,305 were from the B1 to B6 and C groups.

Meanwhile, Cagayan de Oro has recorded zero new vaccinated deaths. The total vaccinated deaths in the city remains at 80.
