A RECIPIENT of the government's social amelioration program (SAP) and a member of the Pantawid Pamilya Program (4Ps) are facing drug charges after they were caught sniffing shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) in Barangay Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City Tuesday, April 28.

Arrested were Danilo Razalo, 44, a resident of Balite, Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City, and Criselo Baguinat, 40, of Sta. Cruz, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Police said Razalo is a 4Ps member, while Baguinat is a beneficiary of the SAP.

Anti-illegal drug operatives received reports that the two were allegedly engaging in illegal drug activity, prompting authorities to launch the operation.

The two were caught having a pot session and sniffing shabu inside a house with no partition.

Seized were sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia.

The suspects are now detained and will face drug charges.
