TWO Mr. Potato food kiosks opened on Monday, March 25, at Robinsons Galleria Cebu.

One food cart is located on the fourth level near the cinemas, while the other is at the basement level near the Children’s Play Lab.

“Our kiosk at the Cinema level targets the moviegoers, while the stall at the Basement 1 caters to the guests of the Play Lab, especially children,” said Charles Jan Zamora, Mr. Potato general manager.

Apart from being an affiliate of the M. Lhuillier Group of Companies, Mr. Potato has been a member of Francorp, the same franchise consultant of Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking and other prominent fast-food chains in the country.

Mr. Potato’s franchise package is P350,000 for a standard kiosk. The package includes a franchise fee of P100,000, a kiosk, cooking equipment, initial inventory, marketing collateral and staff training.

A Mr. Potato franchisee is assured of full support from the company, including the right to use the company logo and trademark. The franchisee will also be provided with a complete franchise operations manual and training, product service training and orientation, and marketing support.

Mr. Potato makes use of the affordable food cart format that is easy to locate and helps keep operating costs down.

Interested investors are urged to visit the Mr. Potato booth during the three-day Franchise Expo at SM Mall of Asia from March 29 to 31. (PR)
