LANDTRADERS World Properties Corp. broke ground on Thursday, November 18, 2021, its sixth vertical project in Cebu — Grand San Marino Residences — a two-tower 33-story high-rise condo tower that will house 905 residential units, 113 parking slots, and breathtaking building features and amenities.

“For us today, the word "groundbreaking" stands far more than the literal breaking of ground. It stands for groundbreaking of our much-awaited Grand San Marino Residences, which requires conscientious and precise planning - a synergy between architectural design and technology to deliver convenient, affordable and luxurious residential condominium living,” says Michelle Yu, chief executive officer of Landtraders World Properties.

Grand San Marino Residences is scheduled for completion in three to four years time. This upcoming condo tower is located along Jose L. Briones St. Cebu City, a walking distance from Robinsons Galleria Cebu.

Leading the groundbreaking and unveiling of the project are Michelle Yu, CEO of Landtraders World Properties Corp.; Janby Earl Yu, president of JJY Holdings Venture Corp.; Joshua Kyle Yu, head of carpentry (QA/QC) of Proficient Builders Corp.; Christian Ayade, senior finance executive; Jocelyn Moniño, compliance and audit junior executive; and Maribel Famat, sales and marketing consultant.
