“I AM not just an ordinary Cebuana. I am a Renaissance Cebuana.” Who is she? She will be the epitome of the revival of the heritage of the past imbued with our moral and cultural values. The project represented the nucleus of Cebu’s municipalities, a vision crafted by the Province of Cebu, the Cebu Provincial Sports Commission, the Provincial Women’s Commission and executed by Ng Khai Development Corp. and Junjet Productions. The competition included sports, talents in the performing arts, sports and evening gown competition and academic and intelligence.

The winners showed outstanding performances.
