A NEW business enterprise in the community is Storage Town conceptualized by the Cokaliong siblings Chase, Chesna, Chanel and Chaz. Located at the Aniceto Seno Road in Mandaue City, the facility offers 1,000 units of leasable space which is fire-protected and has state-of-the-art security. It is ideal and so convenient for those who need more space to store extra things like files and other prized possessions.

The newest mall in town is the AyalaMalls Central Bloc at Cebu IT Park developed by Cebu Holdings Inc. This second Ayala Mall in Cebu features five levels of retail development, four digital cinemas, one indoor activity center, dining outlets, a fashion gallery called Trading Bloc, a modern chapel and a three-level basement parking.

Very much part of the expansive mall is Seda Central Bloc Cebu, a 17-storey, 214-room hotel (with 58 serviced apartments) which can be accessed from the fifth floor of the mall. It has an all-day dining outlet called Misto and on its 17th floor is the roof deck bar called Straight Up. The wrap-around al fresco section gives an enchanting view of the city.

Hotel manager is Ron Manalang who comes well prepared for the job having had 20 years experience in the hotel industry.

Over in Gaas, Balamban, the new go-to place is EVO Nature Camp, an adventure-based camp with nature-centered recreational activities. The picturesque place is only 32 kilometers away from the city and owner Edwin Ortiz said that he envisions the place as a summer camp for students as well as a place for people to commune with nature.
